Photo Day: We’ll work with the league to setup a photo schedule. It is best to schedule photo day when there are no games such as a practice day, equipment issue day, etc. If this doesn't work for you, we will setup a schedule with no impact on game times or other scheduled activities. Our photography process is fast and very efficient. We photograph each player and coach individually and build composite team photos. This ensures that everyone is in the team photo even if they are running late.
In order to provide you with the best experience, we highly recommend securing an inside location, or have the option available for the day of the photo session. This will eliminate any concerns regarding weather cancellations or rescheduling difficulties. If we are outside, we will setup a popup shelter to use as a "studio", but we can only do that in relatively calm and dry weather.
Price List: We offer several package options that include prints and digitals. We also offer lots of individual a la carte items and we DO NOT require customers to purchase a package to be able to order a la carte items. We also do not restrict the number of poses that can be included in most packages. We also offer specific packages that allow for multiple athletes...which is great for parents who have multiple children in the program…they can purchase one package and include poses of all of their children.
Ordering: Each athlete has a private gallery to ensure child safety/protection. Customers place their orders online AFTER the photos have been posted. We don't believe in taking customer's payment without them having seen the photos.
Order Delivery: Customer orders are shipped directly to their home (Customer pays $5.25). We also offer the customers a chance to purchase a prepay credit (like a gift card) that includes a coupon for free shipping to their home.
Coach Prints: Once the photos are complete, we will provide the league with two team photo prints for each team’s head/assistant coaches.
Customer Service: We pride ourselves on providing the very best service to all of our leagues and customers. We limit the number of leagues that we take on so that we will never have more than one photo shoot scheduled at a given time. Why is this important? This means that when you hire Fluvanna Sports Photography you will get me as the photographer. This ensures high quality images and outstanding customer support.
What do we need from the league: We require team rosters in a spreadsheet format that includes player's full name, parents name, parent email, and parent cell. This allows us to create a private gallery for each player and provide access information to the parents. Other than that, we are self-sufficient.
